Modernist Malice is a book about postwar American culture featuring text by Andrea Codrington. Each chapter discusses a facet of American culture, themes of observation and paranoia, as well as the tension arising from the push toward modernity during a culturally conservative era. The collage illustrations were created from found imagery, which introduce and highlight the focus of each chapter.
